If you're an iPhone user and have walked some Detours only to find that your steps and distance are not being logged, this is likely because your device does not have the right permission settings for Motion and Fitness tracking (you likely hit "Do Not Allow" on your first time using the app).
Note for Android users: Our app has no support for tracking steps at this time.
To reverse this in iOS, go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy...
Then, go to Motion and Fitness.
Lastly, make sure your Fitness Tracking setting is on, and that Detour is enabled.
This should now allow Detour to begin counting your steps and distance. Success!
